Turn Up and Turn Out is the Harris County Democratic Party's 2026 coordinated campaign — built by candidates, clubs, and allied organizations working one plan instead of thirty. Together we'll reach voters at the doors, on the phone, and in the mail across every precinct in the county. Any Democratic campaign on the Harris County ballot can join for free. Scaling up is optional.
Joining is free. Point your volunteers into the countywide program and you're in. When you're ready to expand voter contact in your own race, opt in with a contribution.
The only requirement is that you direct your volunteers into the coordinated program. That's it — no buy-in, no minimum.
An optional contribution expands voter contact in your specific race at coordinated rates, so your dollars reach more voters than they would alone. Campaigns can buy into:
Commitments are made in the candidate portal. The team reviews and invoices — nothing is charged on submission.
Open the candidate portal →Send your volunteers into a growing operation of people showing up across Harris County — instead of building a volunteer list from nothing.
Monthly through the summer, weekly heading into Election Day. Ask questions, bring problems, hear what's actually working.
Post your canvass launches, block walks, and candidate events to the countywide calendar.
Free or reduced-cost access to the shared voter file and targeting scores for eligible campaigns.
Official countywide door literature, with printing covered by the coordinated campaign.
Ready-to-run social, mail, and palm card templates in the portal, editable files included.
Complete the interest form and someone from the team will be in touch.
The coordinated campaign vets vendors and negotiates pricing on your behalf. Work with them directly at pre-negotiated rates and keep more money where it belongs — in your campaign.
Locally hired canvassers, transparent budgets, and a live program dashboard. Short description of what this vendor does and who it's right for.
Professional GOTV, voter ID, and persuasion calls priced per contact rather than per dial, with real-time tracking.
Full-service mail — strategy, design, print, and delivery — plus walk cards, palm cards, and door hangers for your canvass.
Political creative for every budget — graphics, video, audio, and messaging, with cost-sharing across campaigns in the program.
Bilingual strategy and creative built to feel native to the feed, not translated after the fact.
Bulk pricing on shirts, signs, and swag, with web store setup for campaigns that need one.
Campaigns pay vendors directly at negotiated rates
The whole program moves together, and briefings get more frequent as Election Day gets closer — so every campaign stays in sync on voter contact, early vote, and GOTV.
Orientation, precinct planning, and onboarding new campaigns onto the tools and the voter file.
Last day to register. Every registration drive in the county points at this date.
Daily early vote dashboards by precinct, chase lists, and poll greeting across every early voting location.
Together through the finish line. One operation, every race, polls open 7 AM to 7 PM.
Check the voter contact program planned where you're running — what's already funded, and what an optional contribution would add on top.
The level of voter contact the coordinated campaign will run in your race by default.
How an optional contribution would expand that outreach across your precincts.
What level of participation fits your budget — then commit in the portal.
